What type of tools or media do you use?
Anything I can think of or have at hand. Graphite and lead pencils, watercolors, ballpoint pen, and, fairly recently, Adobe Photoshop. It really depends on what the job is about and the effect I'm going for.
Where is the place you would like to work or be an Intern if you had a choice?
Anywhere I'd be allowed to develop my skills.
Who do you think are the top character designers out there?
I'm not much of a name-dropper, but some of the artists that have impressed me the most over the years are people like Iain McCaig and Dermot Power, Genndy Tartakovsky, Paul Pope, and Mike Mignola.
What are some of your favorite character designs which you have seen?
Again, some of the work on the Star Wars prequels, Tartakovsky's stuff, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Kirby's New Gods, John Byrne's cosmic stuff with FF and X-Men, Pixar's movies, Hellboy, etc, etc, etc…
What is your most favorite subject to draw? And why?
I tend to draw mostly characters, human or otherwise. It's my favourite part of the whole process, the fleshing out and development of the features, the personality and back stories of each character.
What inspired you to become an Artist?
Everything I saw growing up, really. I started reading Comics at 8 or 9 years old and tracing over Frank Miller, John Byrne, John Buscema and many more. When it came time to choose between Law and Arts, it felt more natural to do what I liked to do. How dumb was I, huh…?
What are some of your favorite website links that would be relevant to this Blog?
These are some of the places I get inspiration from…

And these are a couple of my local friends' places online…
